"Fantastic Product"
This hot water bottle is just lovely and super fluffy! However, I had a bit of a hassle with DPD's delivery, as they dropped it off at the wrong address!

"Fantastic Quality and Service"
I got myself a set of bookends, and yeah, I had to wait a few weeks for them. Maybe they’re custom-made or something. But let me tell ya, it was totally worth it! I got an email letting me know when they’d arrive, and they showed up all nicely packed, with a lovely little sprig of lavender on top of my order. The company was awesome at responding to my questions, and I definitely plan to recommend them and shop with them again. The whole experience was seamless, and the item itself is just gorgeous.

"Lovely blooms and a thrilled..."
Gorgeous flowers and a super happy spouse. At first, I figured it was pricey, but the value you receive is fantastic. The cat had a blast with the box too. Definitely would order again.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I got. Nicole was super quick to reply, super helpful, and really friendly. She put together a stunning wedding bouquet that looks just as gorgeous as it did when it first arrived. All her messages during the bouquet-making process were super helpful. I can’t recommend a forever bouquet crafted by Nicole highly enough!

Five stars all the way! Berrys and Grey is where you wanna be if you're after top-notch customer service, gorgeous products, speedy delivery, and the cherry on top—nothing is ever too much trouble. Nicole is straight-up honest and won't push you to buy more than you actually need. She genuinely takes the time for each of her customers, which is something that some small businesses just don’t do. It’s not merely about making a sale; it’s a whole lot more at Berrys and Grey. Count me in as a customer for life!

I got the faux flower arrangement called "Rouge romance rose and hydrangea" from Berrys & Grey. It's absolutely beautiful and the quality is top-notch! "Ordered the wild spring flower arrangement and..."
I got the wild spring flower and greenery setup along with a big vase to go with it, and I’m just thrilled! The blooms and leaves appear super fresh and lifelike; you’d never guess they’re artificial. The customer service was top-notch, and everything showed up in no time.
